Mythic Awakening Pre-release Privacy Notice

Mythic Awakening is in development. This notice covers its public studio listing and inquiries sent to Void Lantern Studios. It does not describe telemetry, accounts or other processing in a released game or a private test build. Any distributed build needs privacy information matching that build before players use it.
Support, retention, and your rights
If you email us, we receive your address, message and attachments to respond to your request and troubleshoot. Send only necessary information and avoid sending another person’s details without permission. We retain correspondence only as reasonably necessary for support, records and legal obligations. We may disclose information we hold where required by law or necessary to protect users and legal rights.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, restrict or object to processing of information we hold, withdraw consent where applicable, or complain to a regulator. Contact support@voidlanternstudios.com; we may need to verify your request. We cannot directly retrieve or erase information held only on your device. Contact us if a child has sent personal information directly to the studio without appropriate permission.
Website and security
Cloudflare processes network and security information to deliver this website under its privacy policy. The studio website has no advertising or marketing analytics. Email, operating-system and backup providers operate under their own policies and may process data outside your country. No storage or transmission method is completely secure; protect your device and backups.
Changes
We will update this policy when data handling changes and provide further notice or obtain consent as required.
