Puppy Puzzle purchase help
If you previously purchased Remove Ads and the purchase is not recognized, use the Restore Purchases option inside the game's Settings screen. If the problem continues, contact support.
HabitVale support
HabitVale helps you build better days with local habit tracking, routines, gentle recovery, and a growing Vale. Email support@voidlanternstudios.com with “HabitVale” in the subject, your app/iOS version, and a short description. Never send passwords or payment-card details.
- Purchase not recognized: open HabitVale Pro from Profile or Settings and choose Restore Purchases using the original Apple store account. Check your connection and store purchase history. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple's account settings; resetting the app does not cancel one.
- Missing reminders: allow HabitVale notifications in iPhone Settings, enable the reminder in HabitVale, check the time and scheduled day, and check Focus and notification settings. Reminders are local; routine notification delivery is not available yet. Reopen HabitVale after changing schedules or permissions so it can refresh pending reminders.
- Name or habit changes: edit your name through Profile → Edit Profile; manage habits from the Habits screen.
- Export or reset: Pro users can export JSON from Settings → Data & Privacy through the device share sheet. Settings → Reset App Completely clears local data and scheduled reminders; exported copies and device backups remain under your control. There is no HabitVale cloud sync or export-import restore flow.
- General troubleshooting: reopen the app, check for an update, and restart your device. Contact us before deleting the app if you want to preserve local history.
Response information
Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, or other highly sensitive information. Platform purchase receipts and transaction history may be managed through Apple or Google depending on where you obtained the game.
