This Privacy Policy explains how Void Lantern Studios handles information in connection with our games and this website. It currently applies to Puppy Puzzle and will be updated as our products change.
Information we collect
Puppy Puzzle does not require you to create a Void Lantern Studios account. We do not directly ask for your name, address, phone number, or payment-card details in order to play.
The game uses third-party services for advertising, app distribution, and in-app purchases. Those services may automatically process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers where permitted, IP address, device and operating-system information, app activity, ad interaction data, diagnostics, approximate location inferred from IP address, purchase status, and similar technical information. The exact information processed depends on your device, region, privacy choices, and the third-party service.
Advertising
Puppy Puzzle uses Unity LevelPlay for advertising and mediation, including banner, rewarded, and interstitial ads. Advertising partners may process information to provide, measure, limit, secure, and where permitted personalize advertising.
Rewarded ads are optional and may be used to earn in-game hints. Players who purchase Remove Ads may still choose to use rewarded ads where offered.
In-app purchases
Puppy Puzzle may offer a one-time non-consumable Remove Ads purchase. Purchases are processed by the platform store, such as Apple App Store or Google Play. Void Lantern Studios does not receive your full payment-card information. We may receive information needed to determine whether a purchase is valid or owned.
Local game data
The game may store settings, progress, entitlement state, and other gameplay information locally on your device. Some information may also be maintained or restored by the platform or store services you use.
Children and privacy choices
We aim to configure our advertising and privacy flows in accordance with applicable platform rules and privacy requirements. Available consent choices and advertising behavior may vary based on region, age-related settings, platform requirements, and the services used by the app.
Third-party services
Our games may use services provided by Unity and its LevelPlay advertising partners, Apple, and Google. These companies operate under their own privacy policies and may act as independent controllers or service providers depending on the situation.
This website
This website is hosted using Cloudflare infrastructure. When you visit the site, Cloudflare may process standard network and security information needed to deliver and protect the website. We do not currently run our own advertising, account system, or marketing analytics on this website.
Data retention and security
Information handled directly by Void Lantern Studios is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is used. Third-party services maintain information according to their own retention and security practices.
Your choices
Your device and platform may provide controls for advertising identifiers, tracking permissions, personalized advertising, app permissions, and purchase management. Where a consent interface is presented in the game, you can use it to make the choices offered there.
