Playing Word Void
Word Void is an entertainment word puzzle game. Use the app lawfully. If you cannot legally agree to these terms, involve a parent or guardian who can. Progress, hints and level availability depend on the version you use.
License and content
Word Void’s software, branding, artwork, and supplied content belong to Void Lantern Studios or their respective licensors. Use does not transfer ownership. Do not copy or distribute protected app content except as permitted by the applicable license or law. Your own information remains yours.
For iOS distribution, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a different license is expressly supplied through the App Store. These terms supplement that license with game-specific information. Applicable store terms and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Development status
The game is in development. Features, content and release timing may change. The current version does not process real purchases or serve integrated ads. Any future paid offering will identify its price, included access and billing conditions before purchase. Do not rely on an assumed release date or unannounced feature.
Saved games and availability
Local saves help you resume play but are not a guarantee against lost progress, device failure, deletion or interrupted operations. We cannot recover a save that no longer exists on your device or in your backups. Features and compatibility can vary by device and version. We may update the game for improvements, security or platform changes.
Responsibility and consumer rights
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that every puzzle suits every player. To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided as available without additional promises beyond its applicable license and purchase description. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or removes mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
Stopping use and updates
You may stop using the game at any time and manage your local data as described in the Privacy Policy. License termination provisions also apply. We may revise these terms and will give notice of material changes as required by law. Changes do not remove rights the law gives you for an existing purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the others remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
